Policy for refunds and returns


Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


Some types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Downloadable products, purchase of courses, workshops and webinars cannot be returned.


We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.


Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only a partial refund is available:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts that are not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.


Delayed or missing refunds.

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.


Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.


Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Sold Out Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.



We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at info@visualisieren-koennen-alle.de and send the item to: Jessika Wendel, P.O. Box 10 07 25, 31107 Hildesheim, Germany.



If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.


If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.


If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
